Welcome to Studio Wride! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, and event bookings. By accessing our website, submitting a form, or booking our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Overview

Studio Wride provides live event painting, fine art commissions, and related creative services. Services may include onsite painting, photography, and digital sharing of event artwork.

Specific terms such as pricing, deposits, travel fees, and delivery timelines will be detailed in your individual contract or booking agreement.

2. Bookings and Deposits

A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Deposits are applied toward your total balance.
The remaining balance must be paid as stated in your contract (typically before or on the event date).
Deposits are generally non-refundable, as they reserve your date and artist time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Cancellations within [X days] of the event may result in forfeiture of deposit or full payment, depending on your contract terms.

3. Event Details and Communication

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details, including venue address, contact information, and timeline.
Studio Wride is not liable for issues caused by incomplete or incorrect event information.

4. Photos and Artwork Usage

During live events, photos or videos may be taken of the artist, artwork, and/or the event setup for portfolio or promotional purposes.

By booking Studio Wride, you acknowledge that:

Event photos or artwork may be displayed on the Studio Wride website gallery or social media platforms.
Only your name and photo(s) may be shared publicly.
No other personal details (email, address, etc.) will ever be purposefully shared.
You may request removal of any photo or artwork featuring you at any time by contacting us.

If you do not consent to the public use of photos from your event, please indicate this clearly on your booking form or in writing prior to the event.

5. Intellectual Property and Reposting

All original artworks, images, and creative materials produced by Studio Wride remain the property of Studio Wride unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients are welcome to share or repost images of their artwork or event photos as long as proper credit is given.
Credit can be given by:

Tagging Studio Wride’s official social media account(s), or
Including a visible mention or link to https://studiowride.com in the caption or description.

Clients may not alter, reproduce, or sell Studio Wride’s images, videos, or artwork for commercial use without written permission.

All website content, including images, text, and logos, are protected by trademark and may not be copied or used without permission.

6. Client Conduct

Clients agree to behave respectfully during events and not engage in any behavior that endangers the artist, artwork, or equipment.
Studio Wride reserves the right to stop painting or leave the event if unsafe or inappropriate conditions arise, without refund.

7. Website and Online Forms

By submitting a form on studiowride.com, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are at least 18 years old (or have guardian consent).

All submissions are protected under our Privacy Policy and will not be shared beyond what is necessary to provide our services.

8. Payments and Refunds

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers.
Studio Wride does not store credit card or banking information on our servers.

Refunds, if applicable, will be issued at the artist’s discretion and according to the agreement terms.
In the event Studio Wride must cancel due to emergency or illness, all deposits will be refunded in full or rescheduled at the client’s option.

9. Liability

Studio Wride takes care to protect your property, guests, and venue while performing live painting services. However, we are not liable for:

Accidents or damages caused by conditions outside our control (e.g., venue setup, crowd interference, weather).
Lost or damaged artwork once delivered.
Technical issues or website interruptions.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in question.

10. Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website by uploading malicious content, attempting unauthorized access, or infringing upon intellectual property.
We may update or remove content at any time without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

Studio Wride may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes in services or legal requirements. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
