Here’s how travel is handled:

I’m always happy to travel for your event!

For events within a two-hour drive of Reno, Nevada, I charge a travel fee of $0.70 per mile.

For events requiring longer drive times, lodging arrangements will be discussed in advance and are covered by the client.

If your event requires air travel, the client is responsible for two round-trip flights. (One for myself and one for my assistant.)

Choosing your ideal event package:

Based on my experience painting at over 100 events, the number of portraits requested is rarely equal to the total guest count. Not all guests request a portrait, and many choose to be painted in pairs or small groups. For this reason, the total number of portraits completed often differs from the number of attendees.

Each package includes a suggested guest count based on my past experience, but every event is unique. If your event exceeds the number of portraits included in your selected package, I offer additional portraits at a rate of $35 per portrait, ensuring that every guest who would like one can still receive a portrait.

Please let me know in advance whether you would like me to accommodate all portrait requests or if you prefer that I stop once the agreed-upon number of portraits has been reached.

My average completion rate is 6-9 portraits per hour.

Depending on your guest count, it may not be possible to complete all portraits live during the event. Any unfinished portraits will be completed in my studio within two weeks and mailed to you. With permission, I collect guest names and mailing addresses and provide that information to you along with the completed portraits to assist with distribution.
